Men's Lacrosse Alumni Day 2016

On April 2, 2016, Marist lacrosse alumni gathered in the Hospitality Suite at Tenney Stadium to catch the Red Foxes take on the Quinnipiac Bobcats. Athletic Director Tim Murray welcomed the group while lacrosse alumnus, Jamie McGurk '97, spoke about the importance of alumni giving back to the program - whether it's by attending games, mentoring current players, or contributing financially. He thanked those who made a gift to the program this fiscal year, which includes more than 90 lacrosse alumni.

The 2016 Race for the White House

On April 23, 2015, more than 100 alumni, students, and guests gathered at the Decatur House on Lafayette Square in Washington, DC for a panel discussion. Panelists included: Susan Page, Washington Bureau Chief, USA Today; Steve Thomma, Senior White House Correspondent and Government and Politics Editor, McClatchy Newspapers; Chuck Todd, NBC News Political Director, Moderator and Managing Editor, "Meet the Press"; Amy Walter, National Editor, The Cook Political Report. The discussion was moderated by Dr. Lee Miringoff, Director of the Marist Institute for Public Opinion, and Dr. Barbara Carvalho, Director of the Marist Poll.

Following the discussion, guests gathered in the Historic Parlors of the Decatur House for music by Marist vocalist Nick Bayer and Marist pianist Noah Tahir, along with refreshments.

Networking Reception and Presentation at the New York Stock Exchange

 More than 150 alumni, parents, and friends attending a networking reception at the New York Stock Exchange in lower Manhattan on April 2, 2014. A sincere thank you goes to Lou Pastina, senior vice president of operations at the NYSE and current Marist parent, for hosting our group. President Murray provided a College update before introducing Dean Lawrence Singleton of the School of Management to the business and finance industry professionals in attendance.
